    For our very first look book, we asked Montreal-based photographer Celia Spenard-Ko to apply her vision in reinterpreting some of the products we carry in the store.  Selected, styled and captured by Celia, the resulting images represent a playful interplay of her visual aesthetic and her unique blend of creativity and humour.

    Terrariums are all the rage right now and it's easy to understand why;  these micro-environments are easy to make and maintain and they help liven up indoor spaces big and small.  Creating a terrarium is pretty straightforward;  follow a few simple rules and assert your creativity to assemble one of these visually impactful contained plantings for your space.

  • Melt & Pour Soap Atelier : March 2015

    This past month, we hosted our first workshop at Archer Hard Goods. Mia did a wonderful job of running a small group of friends through a melt and pour soap making tutorial. We had a wonderful time and have already started plans for our next atelier which will happen in May.

The subtle shades and muted tones are a perfect, natural expression of the pastel tones typically associated with Easter. We tested a number of recipes, and below, we share a few of our favourites alongside some tips for achieving the best results possible.
